About HCW
HCW is a non-profit organization which was created in 2009 in memory of Hervé-Charles WENEZOUI. It focuses on education and supporting children's learning. We believe in promoting knowledge and culture, and enhancing digital inclusion and accessibility.
For over than 12 years, our organization provides digital workshops to students and teachers, and awards excellence in education in Central African Republic. We aim to make education accessible for all African children, regardless of their background or social status.
Hervé-Charles WENEZOUI
Doctor of Law, career diplomat, having devoted his life to contributing to the development of his country, the Central African Republic, like many others befeore him, not only in the exercise of the senior positions he held within the Administration but above all in his contribution to the renewal of ideas and the rapprochement of Men and Nations. Man of Culture, deeply attached to the intrinsic value of Man, who saw his fulfillment only through that of others, and for whom openness to the World through Knowledge and Culture was an essential factor. It is on this major axis that the eponymous association wants to continue to act.
