Our story
Since 2009, HCW has worked at the heart of Central Africa to give every child the chance to learn, grow, and flourish.

Our mission
HCW carries the initials of Hervé-Charles Wenezoui, a Doctor of Law and diplomat committed to the development of Central Africa. On 29 September 2004, as Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic, he addressed the fifty-ninth session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The association was founded in 2009 by his son, in his memory. We believe that openness to the world through knowledge and culture is an essential driver of development.
United Nations archives spell his name Charles-Hervé Wénézoui.
