Our mission

HCW — Humanity, Culture and Welfare — is an association founded in 2009 in memory of Hervé-Charles Wenezoui, Doctor of Law and diplomat committed to the development of Central Africa. We believe that openness to the world through knowledge and culture is an essential driver of development.
