Our mission
HCW — Humanity, Culture and Welfare — is an association founded in 2009 in memory of Hervé-Charles Wenezoui, Doctor of Law and diplomat committed to the development of Central Africa. We believe that openness to the world through knowledge and culture is an essential driver of development.
Our vision
A world where every Central African child has access to quality education, where culture is a vehicle for peace, and where solidarity builds bridges between peoples.
